I just want to thank you so much for sending in a serviceman on Friday. I was out of town and worried that my fridge and freezer were not working properly. Ruth took such good care of me and for that I am so grateful. I have been a customer of yours for about 35 years and always recommend you very highly. Just want you to know how much you are appreciated.

Starting with the appointment scheduling which was arranged with Laura to the outstanding onsite technician Prit. I found both of them very courteous, knowledgeable and professional in their manner. I highly recommend Southern Atlantic to anyone who looking for prompt, reliable, friendly and very professional service. I will definitely call them again when I need appliance service

He was polite and explained in detail the repair and the time it would take. After several years of dealing with sears and the total disrespect of the service men, My mother’s good friend and bosses wife highly recommended your company. It was so delightful to have someone come in and treat me the way I would hope to treat others. Good Morning: I had my dishwasher serviced this morning by one of your team. I am embarrassed that I didn’t get his name, but you should know how very professional he was. I was very impressed. I have hired a lot of staff over the years, and I know the difference between good staff and awful staff. This guy was really good. Thank you for sending him.

I just want to let you know that my oven is working PERFECTLY now and I am so happy! Thanks so much for getting this repaired for me. I can always count on you to get things repaired quickly. The technician who came was so pleasant and friendly. It is a pleasure dealing with your company.  

  I have been a long-time customer of your Company. I would like to thank you for your expertise. Oscar came to our Condo about a week ago, we were having a problem with our refrigerator freezer making ice cubes. He was not sure so he got information and researched our problem. It seems that the sensors were the problem. They needed replacing. I am so happy that was the problem.   The refrigerator/freezer is working excellent better than it has since the summer.   I would like to thank Oscar on a job well done we really appreciated his expertise and to thank Southern Atlantic for hiring truly great people that know what they are doing.   Ruth will know which Oscar I am talking about.

I wanted to thank you again for facilitating the service call and repair of my Miele dishwasher so quickly this week. It is a huge relief to have that checked off my pre-move check list (not to mention having a working dishwasher back)!!

Just a note to tell you how pleased we were with your service rep, he was polite, quick and very pleasant, he fixed the problem with our Wolfe range while he was here and saved us from having to wait for the bad part. Again, thank you job well done.

  After some difficulties with our Thermador fridge and freezer, Thermador in Montreal told us they would look after getting us just the right service company and just the right service person. They did just that, they called you and you sent Colin. I can't say enough about how interested Colin was in our dilemma and how much patience he showed in helping me to understand how we could resolve the issues we had been having due to some bad advice and installation work by Caplan's Appliances. Thank you so much for the help and please pass on my thanks to Colin. If the fridge or freezer ever does actually break I will be sure to call you, and am planning to pass your name on to friends of mine. It is wonderful to know that there are still some companies out there who do care. Thanks so much again,

Once again Southern Atlantic has come through for me. I called and spoke to Ruth this morning for a dishwasher problem. I was hoping to get Oscar to repair the machine as I've had the pleasure of having him fix some of my appliances in the past and he is fantastic. Professional, courteous, kind. I could go on. What a difference from other service companies I've had the misfortune to deal with. One word: WOW.

I think it was Ke who came to repair our fridge I believe Sept. 11 and as on another trip he was so fast, and knowledgeable and pleasant I wanted you to know

As follow up to our phone conversation of this afternoon, could you please pass along the following to the appropriate persons, including Colin. Colin provided us with exceptional service during his service call today. He called to say he was 5 minutes away and he was. He was pleasant, courteous, obviously knew "his stuff" and was extremely helpful. He identified the problem quickly. He left the work site in a good state of repair. He was able to provide us with appropriate information to make an intelligent decision. Would you please tell him thank you once again. And oh, how I wish all service personnel showing up at the house were of his caliber. And should we need another appliance repair we will be in touch.
