After some difficulties with our Thermador fridge and freezer, Thermador in Montreal told us they would look after getting us just the right service company and just the right service person. They did just that, they called you and you sent Colin. I can't say enough about how interested Colin was in our dilemma and how much patience he showed in helping me to understand how we could resolve the issues we had been having due to some bad advice and installation work by Caplan's Appliances. Thank you so much for the help and please pass on my thanks to Colin. If the fridge or freezer ever does actually break I will be sure to call you, and am planning to pass your name on to friends of mine. Big thank you to Oscar for his professionalism and skill. He left my laundry room so clean and got the fluff from 10 years behind my dryer! I didn’t even ask him to do this.

I have been a long-time customer of your Company. I would like to thank you for your expertise. Oscar came to our Condo about a week ago, we were having a problem with our refrigerator freezer making ice cubes. He was not sure so he got information and researched our problem. It seems that the sensors were the problem. They needed replacing. I am so happy that was the problem.
The refrigerator/freezer is working excellent better than it has since the summer.

I was so very impressed with the service call this morning. The gentleman that came into our home I believe his name was Ke was not only pleasant and courteous. He was polite and explained in detail the repair and the time it would take. After several years of dealing with sears and the total disrespect of the service men, My mother’s good friend and bosses wife highly recommended your company. It was so delightful to have someone come in and treat me the way I would hope to treat others. I can’t say enough about feeling like I wasn’t just another customer but that I was important.
